2. All copyright notices in the Software may not be removed.

# License Restrictions

2. You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
3. You shall not use the Software to develop any software or other technology having the same primary function as the Software, including but not limited to using the Software in any development or test procedure that seeks to develop like software or other technology, or to determine if such software or other technology performs in a similar manner as the Software.
4. In the event that you fail to comply with this License Agreement, be aware that you may lose your right to use the Software and may face legal actions for Software Piracy.

# Disclaimer of Warranty

1. Ninepx is not liable for the content of any web site created with the Software.
2. The Software is sold "As Is". You must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

# Rights to Update and Change the License Agreement
